Le service est impeccable, les employé.e.s sont courtois.e.s et on se sent toujours bien accueillis. La nourriture est correcte, le café aussi, mais le matcha est très bon! L'ambiance est très agréable pour étudier ou travailler, avec la musique juste assez forte et les gens qui discutent en toile de fond. Ceci dit, je suggèrerais de porter une attention particulière au ménage. Les planchers sont sales, des tables sont collantes et on y trouve parfois des graines de nourriture, même lorsque que je viens en début de journée autour de 7h30 - 8h. Plusieurs dossiers des chaises blanches mériteraient aussi un lavage. Le rez-de-chaussée est "correct" mais le 2e étage mériterait un bon décrassage suivi d'un entretien ménager quotidien. Je continue à venir au Café Dépôt car j'habite dans le quartier et j'apprécie le service et l'ambiance qui y règne. Avec un bon nettoyage, je pourrais facilement donner un 4,5/5 ! :)
